 SYSTEM for the Club in Luxembourg City:
• pole dancing on stage ( topless on 2nd song, 6 to 8 times / night ), hostessing ( taking with customers and sell drinks ) and table dance ( no touching dances ).
• JOB for dancers.
 
WORKING HOURS:
Open 7 days a week from 22-6 (strip area)

Dancer can take day off
 
EARNINGS:
• The Dancer has a salary of €60 /day,  plus 20%  from drinks ( drinks prices:  Cup 30€ to  Champagne bottles 3800€ ), plus 20% from Table Dances ( one Table dance costs 25€ (if you sell drinks for 2.500€ in a week then you receive 15€/dance)T. full nude , customers NOT ALLOWED to touch the Dancer ) and 50% from Clubs Dollars ( one club Dollar costs €2 ).  

• They can have a dinner with customers but no % from the food (only drinks=champagne)

• BONUS : 
Table dance costs 25€ (if you sell drinks for 2.500€ in a week then you receive 15€/dance)
All money are paid at the end of the Contract by Bank transfer 
Advance money can be received when need it. 

Accomodation dancer pay 17€ / day is in some building club.
 
DANCE WEAR CODE: 
• ELEGANT STYLE – long, short dresses, sexy clothes, dance shoes, boots not accepted.  Specific stage costumes sexy nurse, (police, military etc…) are appreciated. 
 
POTENTIAL  EARNINGS: 
• €6000 – €8000 per month.
 
DANCERS SELECTION CRITERIA:
• minimum 18 years old of age.
• Nice, slim body shape.
• English or German or French conversational. Good communications skills, good self-confidence.
• ONLY dancers with experience.
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
• The contract is for 1 month up to 12 months.
 
MORE DETAILS:
•  In the Clubs are working between 10 – 15 dancers.
• Glamour club. Located in a rich area in Luxembourg City. Customers are locals or businessmen.
• Good and experienced management, correct in paying the money to dances. .
