WORKING SYSTEM:

CONSUMATION CHAMPAGNE, STRIPTEASE DANCE ON STAGE, LAP DANCE, TOPLES…

-Gentlemen’s club with strip dance on the stage.

We need girls who dance striptease and do consumation-opening bottles of champagnes.

Also we are hiring girls without any experience-we will teach them to work.

Capital town and club is located in centar of the town which  is combination modern and history segment. Cheap, so girls can keep good money for them because cost of life are very cheap. Guests are very good. Cristal Club in Sarajevo is only one in all country.

PROGRAM:

21.00h to 5.00h. Open 7 days per week.

Dancer have One day off per week, if girl want.

ACCOMODATION:

Accomodation for girls are FREE  In Sarajevo near club in centar of town

TRANSPORT:

Dancers have to buy their plane/bus ticket.

TRAVEL COST

Company will pay 100 % of ticket for girl – minimum 6 months contract.

Company will pay   50 % of ticket for girl – minimum 3 months contract.

Company will pay   25 % of ticket for girl – under 3 months contract.

The club has a driver that takes the dancers in airport.

 

EARNINGS-FIX SALARY

 60 €  every night girl will get – girl with experience

 40 €  every night girl will get – girl without experience, when she start to opening bottles of champagnes than will get 60 €

.POSSIBLE EARNINGS:

About 6000€

Professional girls can earn 7000€-8000€ and more.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 18 years old.

English conversational.

Good looking, with sexy look and good comunication skils.

Strict forbiden: any kind of drugs, prostitution and any concact with the guests out of club.

Respect club rules. We dont need girls who dont want respect club rules.

CONDITIONS FOR DANCER

DRESS:

Girls with experience: Long evening sexy dresses and pole dance (strip) shoes are mandatory.

Girls look like lady. Can not working in lingerie or short dress. Every night must have make up, nice nails and nice hair.

Guests are very rich and business people who like girls who look like lady.

Girls without experience can buy all dresses and shoes in the club.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

The contract is from 1 up to 12 months. No possible under 1 month. Girl who left before 1 month agree to not be payed for Commission. Minimum is 26 working nights per month.
