CLUB SCHEDULE:

Dancers must work a minimum of 5 days a week and a maximum of 6 days if they live at the dancers’ residence. Otherwise, they may work as few as 4 days a week.

Their status is that of intermittent entertainment workers.

Club open/close:

– 10:00 pm at the club to begin at 10:30 pm

– 11:00 pm at the club to begin at 11:30 pm

The club closes between 4:00 and 6:00 am.

Late arrivals and absences:

The house mom is in charge of the dancers and their schedules, which are given out every week. Dancers MUST adhere to their schedule. Dancers starting at 10:30 pm are given priority for earlier departures. Dancers must call their manager if they are late and must present a medical certificate in case of absence.

If the dancer wishes to terminate their contract, a handwritten letter explaining the reasons for their departure must be submitted at the office. Letters must be written in the presence of the manager. (Office hours: Monday/Friday 10:30 am/6:00 pm).

STAGE SHOWS:

They are topless for a duration of 3 songs. Dancers go on stage 3 to 5 times per evening on average. Dancers may choose the music if they wish; they just need to discuss it with the DJ.

RESIDENCE/Accomodation

We provide dancers with an apartment located 5 minutes from the club if they do not have other accommodation. We provide towels, bed linens, and weekly cleaning services. Dancers are not allowed to bring anyone to the residence. Dancers must adhere to the residence rules, which will be explained upon their arrival. If these rules are not followed, they will be immediately excluded from the apartment. The cost is €30/day.

TRANSPORTATION:

Dancers are responsible for their own airfare/train/bus tickets and travel expenses.

CONDITIONS:

– Must be at least 18 years old at the time of signing the contract.

– Pleasant appearance.

– A minimum level of English proficiency.

– Must know how to communicate, demonstrate seriousness, and be ambitious.

THEMED NIGHTS:

Dancers must provide their own costumes/outfits for certain nights and adhere to the theme. This will be discussed and explained by the house mom upon your arrival. We do not change the theme too frequently so that costumes can be used to their maximum potential.

Dancers are prohibited from dancing at other establishments during the duration of their contract.

DRESS CODE:

Every night except Sunday and Monday: Long dresses ALL NIGHT with lingerie and accessories for dancing (bra, corset, stockings, garters, etc.) with a maximum of glamorous accessories.

Sunday and Monday: Lingerie

Shoes: Pleasers (not in boot format) or any other type of sexy platform heels are permitted.

Jewelry: Rhinestone jewelry every night, and we ask the dancers to also bring sexy black lingerie and stockings some nights.

SALARY:

Salaries are paid out on the 10th of each month. Dancers will receive their paycheck and payslip at this time.

This practice is prohibited in France.

Commissions on dances:

1 PINK TICKET = €10 net.

1 TABLESIDE TABLE DANCE = 1 PINK TICKET.

1 PRIVATE NUDE DANCE = 2 PINK TICKETS

1 VIP 20 MINUTE DANCE (nude) = 10 PINK TICKETS

Our dancers earn on average between €3,000 and €10,000 NET.

DOCUMENTS:

ID card or European or foreign passport with a valid work visa for the duration of the contract.

CONTRACT DURATION:

All contracts have a minimum duration of 15 days, but preferably 1 month and a maximum of 1 year.
