CLUB PROGRAM:

The work is form Wednesday to Saturday (24–26 hours/week)
Open from 22.00h until 02.00h Wendesday – Saturday.

Arrival by 21:50. Late arrivals may result in penalties.

Presence must be declared to bar staff.

Ready and present in the working area by 22:00.

1. Salary and Commission

  • 1.1 Fixed Salary
    • Wednesday and Thursday: 350 DKK per shift. If no tips or sales are made, the fixed salary will be 500 DKK.
    • Friday and Saturday: No fixed salary; the artist receives 50% of the first bottle of champagne sold.
  • 1.2 Commission Rates
    • 50% on lap dances.
    • 20% on champagne sales.
    • 40% on non-alcoholic drinks (Lady Drinks).
    • 5 DKK per unit of Funny Money.
  • 1.3 Payment
    • Salary is transferred to the artist’s bank account within the first few days of each month.
    • Advances may be requested from the manager based on the artist’s sales performance.
  • 1.4 Tax Responsibility
    • Artists are responsible for declaring and paying applicable Danish taxes on their earnings.
  • 1.5 Termination or Early Contract End
    • In the event of breach of contract, fixed salary for Wed/Thu is forfeited.
    • Commissions earned before termination will still be honored.

2. Working Hours and Schedule

  • 2.1 Work Schedule
    • Standard workdays: Wednesday to Saturday (24–26 hours/week).
    • Extra days off can be requested from management.
  • 2.2 Arrival Time
    • Arrival by 21:50. Late arrivals may result in penalties.
    • Presence must be declared to bar staff.
    • Ready and present in the working area by 22:00.
  • 2.3 Unforeseen Circumstances
    • Notify management ASAP in case of illness or emergency.

Workplace Rules and Conduct

3. Appearance and Preparation

  • Provide own costumes, shoes, and accessories.
  • Hair and makeup must be ready before opening hours.
  • Costumes must be clean and suitable.
  • Bring backup costumes and accessories.

4. Performance Requirements

  • 4.1 Stage Performances
    • Minimum two songs: one regular, one topless — or one 6-min performance.
    • At least five dances per shift.
    • Perform every 15–20 mins, distributed among artists.
    • Music choice allowed, but subject to management approval.
    • Performing when asked is mandatory.
  • 4.2 Behavior During Performances
    • Applaud and respect colleagues during their performances.

5. Phone and Headphone Usage

  • No phones/headphones when customers are present — may result in penalties.
  • Allowed during downtime only.
  • Emergency use only with prior approval.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Only in designated areas.
  • Smoking counts as break time; abuse may result in penalties.

Professional Conduct

7. General Behavior

  • Professional behavior required. Screaming, fighting = penalties.
  • Respect all staff and customers.
  • Encourage teamwork and positive atmosphere.
  • Do not lie on sofas with shoes or place feet on tables.
  • No chewing gum.

8. Customer Interaction

  • Let customers settle before initiating interaction.
  • Do not bring drinks; accept customer offers instead.
  • Limit non-paying customer time to 20 minutes.
  • No customer stealing.
  • Respect boundaries; report inappropriate contact.
  • Focus on upselling services and drinks.
  • Assist and support colleagues professionally.
  • No begging — demonstrate selling skills.
  • No unauthorized access to VIP/Heaven areas.

9. Alcohol and Substance Use

  • No personal alcohol allowed — penalties apply.
  • Champagne may be consumed when bought by customer, with moderation.
  • Ladydrinks are non-alcoholic.
  • Arriving under influence = prohibited and penalized.
  • Over-intoxication = sent home + penalty.
  • Substance abuse = immediate disciplinary action.
  • Report any prohibited behavior to management or security.

Cleanliness and Organization

10. Dressing Room and Shared Spaces

  • Keep areas clean and organized.
  • No leaving items, food, or trash behind — penalties apply.
  • Fridge available in dressing room for personal drinks only.

11. Social Media and Photos

  • Photos for promo require artist consent.
  • Face inclusion optional.
  • Social media use requires prior approval.

Penalties and Enforcement

12. Handling Difficult Situations

  • Report rude or inappropriate customers immediately.
  • Artists control physical contact during dances.
  • Sexual contact is strictly forbidden — penalties apply.
  • Stop dances and report when boundaries are violated.
  • No contact with customers outside club unless approved.

13. Penalty Structure

  • Penalties range from 100–1,000 DKK.
  • Only management may apply penalties after discussion.
  • Confidentiality about club matters is mandatory.

Accommodation

14. Housing Terms

  • Single Room: 180 DKK/day.
  • Double Room: 110 DKK/day.
  • Fees deducted from salary monthly.

15. Discounts

  • Free accommodation if weekly sales exceed:
    • 35,000 DKK for Double Room
    • 40,000 DKK for Single Room

16. Housekeeping

  • Apartment key provided on arrival.
  • Lost key = 500 DKK fine.
  • Clean apartment every 3 days.
  • Send photos/videos of cleaning to manager.
  • Failure = 200 DKK fine per day.
  • Apartments are for artists only.
