· Club guarantees that a dancer who is able and willing to work will earn from drinks and dances a minimum of 600 NOK (approx. 60 EUR) as an average per workday. If, due to low business (not enough spending customers), the dancer earns less than 600 NOK as an average per workday, the club pays the difference. The average is calculated based on the number of workdays during the contract.
Example: If a dancer has a contract of 6 workdays, the total earning should not be less than 6 x 600 = 3600 NOK. If on 3 days she earned 1000 NOK per day and on 3 days 0 NOK, the total is 3000 NOK, and the club pays the balance of 600 NOK.
At the end of the work period, 15% government tax must be paid from total earnings.
This is our working and club condition.
PLEASE BE NOTED
We calculate guarantee money based on how many days dancers work in one contract. For example, if a dancer stays 20 days (20 x 600 = 12,000 NOK), at the end of the contract we calculate the total earnings. If the dancer earned 10,000 NOK, the club pays the difference of 2,000 NOK. This does not mean the club pays the guarantee daily.
